The program featured 18 keynote presentations, 39 oral contributions, 20 posters, and 3 workshop sessions. The 21 sessions were inspired by the three thematic focus areas of the conference: Sustainable Production Systems, Food for Health, and Resilient Food Markets, and took place over 5 days.
