What will we eat tomorrow?
At the Senior College Liechtenstein, WFSC member Prof. Nina Buchmann shared her insights of the world food system at a public lecture entitled “What will we eat tomorrow – The world food system.”

What we will all eat in the future was the topic of the public outreach lecture given by WFSC member and founding chair Prof. Nina Buchmann on 19 April at the Senior College of Liechtenstein in Mauren, FL. During the lecture entitled "Was essen wir morgen - Das Welternährungssystem" (What will we eat tomorrow - The world food system), Prof. Buchmann focused on several questions about our food system: What do we eat today? What will we eat tomorrow? And how does what we eat affect the environment? Prof. Buchmann also introduced the importance of the quality and nutrition of diets, in addition to food security. She left the audience at the event with the knowledge that what they put in their shopping basket has ramifications throughout the world food system.
An interview with Prof. Buchmann at the event was broadcasted on the 1FL TV News program in Liechenstein on 19 April. Watch the interview with Prof. Buchmann (starting at 6:30): external page http://www.1fl.li/article.php?artid=news-19-april-2018?1fl
