Laura Nyström receives ERC Starting Grant
WFSC member Laura Nyström (Food Biochemistry) is one of seven ETH researchers who received an ERC Starting Grant.
Laura Nyström has just received Starting Grant of the European Research Council (ERC) for five years. Her project is called "Soluble dietary fibre: unraveling how weak bonds have a strong impact on function" and will focus on interactions of soluble dietary fibres with nutritionally relevant ligands.
