Food Day @ETH 2024
World Food System Center Research Symposium 2024
What role does research and innovation have in accelerating the transition to sustainable food systems?
Food Day @ETH 2024 focused on the role of research and innovation in accelerating food systems transformation. Oral presentations from Center funded projects highlighted research on climate-smart agriculture, food technology, and nutrition. The keynote speaker Patrick Honauer shared his thoughts on how local food networks can drive positive change.
All were then welcome to discuss at the networking poster session, which highlighted current research from across the food system.
