A new video highlights the findings of an ETH Zurich World Food System Center project looking at dual-purpose chickens.
In a short project video, former WFSC researcher Dr. Isabelle Gangnat presents major findings of the INDUCE project funded through the Coop Research Program. The project entitled Elements of successful novel dual purpose chicken production systems looked at options to overcome the challenge of male chick culling by using dual-purpose breeds.
